Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. If an item was purchased with ''free postage'', the cost will be charged at our cost price and deducted from the purchase price

Customers will return items at their own cost and time and must prepay all shipping charges or associated costs

The customer shall assume all risk of loss or damage to the product while in transit to Charmeprincesseofficial

Refunds will be processed within 7 days, you will receive the refund within 7 days only after the returned item has been inspected. We accept no responsibility for delays caused by 3rd parties(such as payment processes etc)


Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.



Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or if you've simply been sent the wrong item. If you need to exchange it for the same item please contact us at sales@charmeprincesse.com

 

Return Procedure
To start a return, you can contact us at sales@charmeprincesse.com. If your return meets the return requirements, you will receive a return authorization and instructions on the return address. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return or prior authorization will not be accepted.

We will get back to you within 24 business hours. We are closed on Sunday.

Please include your order number in your return package. Pack your item securely, use a sturdy box, and include padding such as packing bubbles or in a self-adhesive padded envelope. Send back in secure packaging to the address provided on the return authorization within thirty (30) days of original purchase.

If the returned item is missing any parts or is damaged during return shipping because it wasn’t packaged correctly, the buyer assumes responsibility.

Return Shipping
For a change of mind purchases, you will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. There is no handling cost charge for returns.

If you are shipping an item back to us we strongly suggest that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance.

Refunds (if applicable)
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.  Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at sales@charmeprincesse.com
